 Environmental  and Contribution Information

A portion of every sale is donated to environmental and humanitarian programs.  Periodically, every 4-6 months, I switch my DONATIONS to a different program.  Currently Winged Woman Art is donating to The Global Fund for Women.  This program envisions a just and democratic world where women and men participate equally in all aspects of society.  Their mission is to advance women's groups that work to gain freedom from poverty, violence, and discrimination.  To find out more or contribute directly check out their website at www.globalfundforwomen.org

Being an ENVIRONMENTALLY-CONSCIOUS company, Winged Woman Art buys recycled packaging materials, reuses, and recycles packaging material as much as possible and encourages customers to reuse/recycle the packaging from your orders.  I searched quite some time before deciding on printing companies for greeting card and t-shirt reproductions of my original art designs.  The companies I have chosen utilize environmentally-conscious printing methods, use environmentally-friendly inks and natural dyes, and my designs are printed on recycled paper or organic cotton. 

Winged Woman Art supports LOCAL ECONOMY.  Supplies are bought locally when possible.  I support and promote local arts by being an active volunteer in various local arts programs, committees, and activities.
